Role Overview:

We are in search of a proactive and enthusiastic engineer to enhance our sales team, concentrating on expanding relationships with current clients while also pursuing new business avenues. This role encompasses applications engineering, sales assistance, and field service responsibilities. Candidates should thrive in a results-oriented, dynamic environment.

The position offers comprehensive training and mentorship, enabling the development of skills and a deep understanding of our products, market strategies, application engineering methodologies, and business development techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver integrated application engineering and design assistance for a diverse array of ventilation solutions, aiming to provide sustainable products and the latest technologies tailored to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate directly with Engineers, Contractors, End Users, and Food Service Dealers.
  • Engage in daily activities including inside sales support, application engineering, and outside sales.
  • Responsibilities may encompass presentations, quotations, submittals, technical product support, site visits, and hands-on troubleshooting as necessary.
  • Promote and educate users about our products through conference calls, meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and demonstrate a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
  • Prioritize quick response times.
  • This role includes training in a designated location before transitioning to field responsibilities.
Essential Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as mechanical, electrical, construction, or physics-oriented disciplines.
  • Strong computer, organizational, and communication/presentation skills.
  • Genuine interest in customer interaction.
  • Adaptability to new technologies and business practices.
  • Motivated and driven to achieve success.
  • Willingness to travel for training opportunities.
  • A proactive, results-driven attitude is essential.
