Technical Sales Director

Elgen Staffing is partnering with a global leader in aerospace engineering and manufacturing to find a qualified Technical Sales Manager to join their team in East Hartford.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business development with civil and defense OEMs, leveraging their expertise to identify new opportunities and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and other key stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales
