As an Account Manager at FASTSIGNS, you will have the chance to demonstrate your outstanding customer service and sales expertise. Your role will involve assessing clients' visual communication requirements and offering tailored signage, graphics, and printing solutions. Building relationships and managing accounts in a dynamic, professional setting will be crucial to your success.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to engage in business discussions with diverse business owners and decision-makers.
- Consultative sales skills with the capacity to recommend various products and adhere to Brand Standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, comfortable with phone interactions.
- Basic math skills for generating sales quotes and measuring/calculating sign dimensions.
- Proficiency in computer and keyboard skills for point-of-sale software data entry, Gmail, and Microsoft Office.
- Enthusiastic, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Two years of experience in a customer-facing role; sales experience is essential, with signage experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Deliver exceptional customer service as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, internet, and in-person.
- Act as a sales consultant, recommending suitable types of signs and graphics to meet customer needs.
- Present innovative ideas and solutions to a diverse range of clients.
- Estimate costs and manage projects for signs, graphics, and installations.
- Create clear and concise work orders.
- Prepare status reports for weekly sales meetings, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
- Manage and develop client accounts.
- Identify and resolve customer satisfaction issues.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with support departments.
- Participate in available training programs to become an expert in signage and graphics solutions.

- SIGN ON BONUS
- 40-hour work week, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
