Customer Experience Supervisor Opportunity

Fjällräven North America is seeking a Customer Experience Supervisor to lead our Boston Newbury store team. As a keyholder, you will be responsible for creating a seamless guest experience.

About the Role

This is a full-time team lead position that involves supervising daily operations, including customer interactions, sales, and inventory management. You will promote Fjällräven's core values and support our mission to connect people to nature.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Assist customers through product education and demonstrations
  • Embody brand values and maintain a clean store appearance

Requirements

  • Prior retail or guest service experience preferred
Compensation and Benefits
