Customer Experience Specialist

Anastasia Beverly Hills is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
">">In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring seamless transactions. Your expertise in Anastasia Beverly Hills cosmetics will enable you to create stunning looks for various occasions, from everyday glamour to special events.Your ability to build lasting relationships with customers and retailers will be crucial in driving sales and achieving company goals. You will also support the team by facilitating bookings and filling open appointments, demonstrating your strong organizational and follow-through skills.
To succeed in this role, you must have previous cosmetics artistry experience and possess superior selling skills, with the ability to set and achieve sales goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative. Additionally, you must be available to work out of multiple locations during store peak hours and commit to at least 20 hours per month.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
