We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Coordinator to join Complete Staffing Solutions in Boston, MA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver timely and professional customer care by prioritizing their needs.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Services is required.
  • Respond promptly and safely in emergency situations.
  • Exercise sound judgment in stressful or emotionally charged situations.
  • Work sensitively and patiently with customers suffering from mental illness, addiction, and abuse.
  • Assist customers in accessing substance abuse, mental health, and medical resources when necessary.
Compensation:
  • $21.40 per hour.
Benefits:
  • Health insurance after 60 days of employment.
  • Average monthly work hours must be at least 30 to enroll and maintain health insurance.
