Customer Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Coordinator to join Complete Staffing Solutions in Boston, MA.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver timely and professional customer care by prioritizing their needs.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Services is required.
- Respond promptly and safely in emergency situations.
- Exercise sound judgment in stressful or emotionally charged situations.
- Work sensitively and patiently with customers suffering from mental illness, addiction, and abuse.
- Assist customers in accessing substance abuse, mental health, and medical resources when necessary.
- $21.40 per hour.
- Health insurance after 60 days of employment.
- Average monthly work hours must be at least 30 to enroll and maintain health insurance.
