About the Role

The Sales and Operations Manager for CHHJ LINCOLN, LLC is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the local franchise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and training a team of exceptional front-line support staff
  • Ensuring 100% client satisfaction and loyalty through Happy Checks, Listen360 surveys, and repeat business
  • Operating the Hunk truck safely and maintaining a safe work environment and practices
  • Establishing value and pricing to ensure clients understand the value they receive for the price they pay
  • Managing disposal costs, team costs, and equipment replacement costs
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds for an extended period
  • Must enjoy hard work, world-class customer service, and helping others
  • Must be drug-free and able to pass a federal background check and drug screening
Compensation:

$36,000-$45,000 base salary plus bonus
