KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Demonstrates a strong dedication to superior customer service, ensuring a welcoming and efficient shopping environment by:
1. Assessing and understanding customers' requirements,
2. Recommending products tailored to their needs,
3. Promoting initiatives such as membership programs and in-store services.
Acquires the skills necessary to effectively showcase products to customers.
Maintains organization and presentation of merchandise within the retail space dedicated to non-Firearm items.
