Carrier Enterprise is in search of a sales-driven professional to take on the role of Branch Sales Manager.
The Branch Sales Manager serves as a pivotal sales leader overseeing the daily operations at our Sales Center. This role requires a proven ability to excel and guide a team in a customer-centric and collaborative environment. Proficiency in computer skills is crucial, along with strong communication and interpersonal abilities. The Branch Sales Manager is accountable for enhancing sales and profitability at their branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store and meet established sales and profitability targets set by Regional Leadership; effectively manage profit and loss.
- Conduct business development initiatives including prospecting, maintaining, and establishing new client relationships, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and conducting customer visits.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained.
- Collaborate with local sales teams to devise strategies for increasing store traffic and gather valuable feedback from clients regarding service efforts.
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor all direct reports in alignment with company policies. Guide and support Counter Sales Associates.
- Maintain accurate inventory and safeguard all company assets against theft or damage.
- Exhibit effective communication and interpersonal skills, integrity, and a strong sense of personal accountability.
- Assign employees to various tasks as needed, including organizing merchandise displays and maintaining cleanliness to enhance product accessibility.
- Ensure full compliance with all key controls.
- Provide constructive feedback, foster development in others, embrace and lead change, and make clear, informed decisions.
- Additional responsibilities encompass Merchandising, Cost Control, Business Strategy, New Business Development, Staff Development, Asset Management, Marketing Strategy, and HVAC Technical Support.

Qualifications:- Preferred BA Degree or Associate Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in managing sales within a B2B environment, particularly in distribution or wholesale sales.
- Strong relationship-building skills; must be a team builder and player with a focus on sales.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- 3-5 years of experience in the HVAC industry is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and other computer skills.
- Proven leadership and coaching capabilities.
- Prior retail management experience is advantageous.
- Sales-driven with the ability to inspire and motivate sales and operational staff.
- Forklift certification is preferred.
