Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all patients and visitors.
  • Welcome patients and their families upon arrival.
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Schedule patient appointments with precision.
  • Confirm insurance details for upcoming appointments.
  • Input patient information into the EMR system accurately.
  • Collect and process identification and insurance documentation.
  • Handle co-payments and outstanding balances with care.
  • Ensure patients sign necessary financial agreements and privacy policies.
  • Respond to phone inquiries, take messages, and assist with appointment scheduling.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Fluency in Spanish is essential for this role, along with proficiency in handling phone communications.
