We are seeking an experienced Front Office Operations Manager with a strong background in hospitality management, specifically within the Hyatt brand. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in Opera PMS and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Compensation: $80,000 Annualized

Role Overview:
This position involves overseeing the front office to ensure compliance with all hotel protocols, regulations, and standards, while continuously striving for total guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise front office operations to guarantee a seamless, efficient, and professional service.
  • Implement and uphold all operational procedures and policies.
  • Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes for all guests, ensuring accurate handling of guest accounts.
  • Address and resolve guest requests and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Perform front desk duties as necessary to support the team.
  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of gracious and proactive hospitality.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Front Office Manager within the Hyatt Regency brand.
  • Proficient in Opera PMS.
