Position Overview
Join the team at Residence Inn by Marriott Orlando Airport as a Front Desk Agent. We are looking for a dedicated individual with a strong background in hospitality to enhance our guest experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests warmly and sincerely, ensuring a positive first impression. Maintain eye contact and utilize a clear, friendly tone when communicating.
  • Implement operational strategies to optimize occupancy rates and maximize revenue, while ensuring that all team members are aligned with these goals. Provide accurate information about hotel amenities and services.
  • Manage cash transactions in accordance with accounting protocols, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Facilitate effective communication among the Front Office team and other departments, staying informed about hotel operations and addressing any concerns proactively.
  • Follow safety and security protocols diligently, responding appropriately to emergencies and maintaining a secure environment for guests and staff.
  • Operate front office technology, including telecommunication systems and office equipment, ensuring efficient service delivery.
  • Conduct the guest registration process efficiently, confirming essential details such as guest count, payment methods, and duration of stay. Provide guests with their room keys and relevant information upon check-in.
  • Availability for full-time hours (minimum of 30 hours per week) is required, with flexibility to work various shifts.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication.
