Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information to internal and external customers.
- Communication Management: Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Support: Maintain office supplies, ensure a clean and organized lobby area, and perform daily cleaning tasks.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries for employees, ensuring accuracy and budget compliance.
- Document Management: Prepare new hire packets, manage employee records, and maintain the office calendar.
- Mail and Delivery Management: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage deliveries, and ensure timely distribution.
- Other Duties: Perform data entry, paperwork, photocopying, and file management as needed.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Availability: Monday-Friday availability from 8 am-5 pm, with a one hour lunch at 11 am daily.
- Physical Demands: Ability to occasionally lift, push, and pull up to 20lb unassisted.
