Front Office Lead

Overview:
The Guest Services Supervisor at Rosen Hotels & Resorts collaborates closely with the Front Office Manager to guarantee seamless and effective daily operations at the Front Desk, in line with Company Standards. This role is pivotal in delivering continuous coaching, training, and development for the front desk personnel. The Guest Services Supervisor will also be responsible for generating reports, managing special projects, and supporting various assignments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Front Office Manager in managing and coordinating front desk activities.
- Provide leadership and direction to the front desk team, ensuring outstanding guest experiences.
- Conduct regular coaching and training sessions to improve the capabilities of front desk staff.
- Prepare and maintain precise reports concerning front desk operations and performance metrics.
- Manage special projects and tasks as assigned by the Front Office Manager.
- Address guest concerns and complaints swiftly and professionally.
- Ensure adherence to Company Standards for guest check-in, check-out, and reservation protocols.
- Assist with scheduling and shift organization to ensure sufficient front desk coverage.
- Foster a positive and professional atmosphere for the front desk team.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel policies and services to effectively engage with guests and respond to their inquiries.
