Role Overview
As a leader within Plaid's GTM Partnerships team, you will be instrumental in cultivating extensive customer relationships with technology platforms. This role focuses on enhancing our engagement with Enterprise partners, ensuring they derive maximum value from our offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership: Guide a dedicated team of partner account executives and managers.
  • Deal Management: Oversee the entire partner deal lifecycle, from strategy formulation to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including direct sales and product, to drive partner growth and share valuable insights.
  • Relationship Management: Take charge of the partner relationship, focusing on business strategy and product growth with support from relevant teams.
  • Growth and Upselling: Enhance partner relationships through key milestones, from integration completion to scaling and introducing additional products.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales within a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and expanding significant partner relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to build internal relationships.
  • Strategic mindset with a comprehensive approach to partner program development.
  • Experience in managing teams is advantageous.
  • Background in banking or financial services is highly preferred.

Compensation
The target base salary for this position ranges from $149,472 to $254,880 annually, complemented by potential equity and commission opportunities. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.
