Role Overview
The Partnerships Manager will spearhead initiatives within our GTM Partnerships team, focusing on fostering 'one to many' relationships with technology platforms. This position is pivotal in enhancing the experience of our Enterprise partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Guide a dedicated team of partner account executives/managers.
- Deal Management: Oversee the complete partner deal lifecycle, from strategy and prospecting to negotiation and execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with direct sales, product, and implementation teams to drive partner growth and share valuable product insights.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain comprehensive partner relationships, focusing on business, product, and growth strategies.
- Growth and Upselling: Elevate partner engagements through key milestones, from integration completion to customer activation and product expansion.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales within a high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing and expanding large partner relationships, particularly those exceeding $1 million in annual recurring revenue.
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to build internal relationships and collaborate across various teams.
- Strategic mindset with a holistic approach to developing partner programs and individual relationships.
- Experience in people management is advantageous.
- Background in banking or financial services, along with B2B technology experience, is highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits
The target base salary for this role ranges from $149,472 to $254,880 annually, complemented by potential equity and commission opportunities. Plaid offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.
