Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for initiatives to alleviate poverty and improve healthcare delivery
  • Lead the Rural Healthcare Delivery Fund and other projects assigned to the department
  • Collaborate with state agencies and community stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, conduct research, and draft policy recommendations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to citizens of New Mexico and healthcare providers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field of study from an accredited college or university
  • Eight years of professional-level experience with a light strategic impact directly related to the purpose of the position
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office 365, project management principles, and technical implementations
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines, change priorities, and work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working Conditions

This position is performed in an office setting with exposure to Visual/Video Display Terminal (VDT) and extensive personal computer and phone usage.
