Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch guest service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Make outbound calls to guests and potential clients to promote catering services and build relationships.
  • Work closely with the Off-Premise and Guest Services teams to ensure seamless execution of catering orders and guest requests.
  • Stay up-to-date with Portillo's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills, applying them to daily tasks and sharing with team members.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bilingual - Spanish preferred.
  • Previous high-volume call center experience with customer service focus preferred.
  • Knowledge of call center telephony and technology preferred.
  • Experience working at Portillo's restaurant preferred.
