Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Precision Today. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality standards
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and informed responses to customers

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and quality standards
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with some college or technical training preferred
