Role OverviewAs a pivotal player in the Cardiac Rhythm Technologies sector, you will be instrumental in advancing treatment options for patients with cardiovascular conditions. Our state-of-the-art medical technologies are designed to restore health and enable individuals to return to their daily lives more swiftly.
Your responsibilities will include providing high-level engineering, sales, educational, and technical support to address intricate inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and sales teams regarding CRM products.
Key Responsibilities- Operate with a significant degree of autonomy, employing effective and efficient business practices to enhance processes.
- Utilize independent judgment in planning, organizing, and executing tasks while monitoring performance and updating management.
- Serve as a senior clinical liaison between the medical community and the organization.
- Establish and maintain credible relationships with clients, sharing product knowledge and expertise.
- Identify and communicate customer needs, product performance, and potential sales opportunities to influence growth.
- Deliver engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for complex field inquiries as needed.
- Conduct training sessions and programs on CRM products for healthcare professionals.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback to management regarding market trends and future product developments.
- Support CRM implant case coverage regionally and assist sales representatives in various capacities.
- Mentor and guide less experienced Clinical Specialists while continuously enhancing your own technical and sales skills.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent healthcare experience.
- Certification on SJMSC CRM products.
- A minimum of 4+ years of progressively responsible experience in cardiac pacing and related industries.
- In-depth knowledge of cardiology and electro-physiology procedures.
- Familiarity with cath lab and operating room protocols.
- Advanced understanding of cardiac pacing systems.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent software for developing presentations and reports.
