Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Palermo Rhodes. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of exterior architectural products, including outdoor site furniture and lighting. Your primary focus will be on developing strong relationships with landscape architects, designers, contractors, and other specifiers to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
* Provide exceptional customer service and support
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the architectural or construction industry
* Proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship building
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
