Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

About the Role:

As a Territory Sales Manager at Rotoplas USA, you will play a critical role in driving sales and delivering exceptional support to our Project Managers and design teams. This position involves managing the sales order process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and contributing to the financial growth of our sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver outstanding customer service with a positive and professional attitude.
* Communicate effectively with internal and external partners through various channels.
* Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and policies to address customer queries and provide suitable solutions.
* Organize and manage time effectively to ensure prompt responses and adherence to deadlines.
* Proactively drive sales and foster lasting customer relationships, striving to meet individual and team sales goals.
* Onboard and maintain an active portfolio of new customers.
* Address incoming calls from potential customers, providing product and service information.

Requirements:

* B.S. / B.A. degree or equivalent work experience.
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in Inside/Outside Sales or Business Development.
* Excellent communication skills, encompassing listening, reading, writing, and documentation.
* Proficiency in computer applications like Word, Excel, and other software systems.
* Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-paced environment.
* Must successfully pass a drug test and background check.
* Reliable transportation and consistent internet access are essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in wastewater, water well, plumbing, construction, or project management is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with septic products is a plus.
