Job Summary:

The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing an assigned service territory with direct supervision of route representatives. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise route representatives in the assigned service territory.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and growth of the business.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase customer retention and revenue.
  • Conduct regular meetings with route representatives to discuss performance, goals, and challenges.
  • Identify and address any service concerns or issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Two years of experience in sales or customer service management.
  • Proven track record of growing customer accounts and increasing revenue.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software.

Working Environment:

This role requires frequent travel to customer locations and may involve working in a variety of environments, including offices, warehouses, and customer sites. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
