Job Title: Enterprise Sales Director

Procore Technologies is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Enterprise Sales team to drive sales and achieve strategic objectives and quotas.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of software sales experience with a proven track record of success in enterprise sales.
  • Experience in a sales leadership role with a strong track record of developing and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of enterprise SaaS models, SaaS metrics, and online sales models.
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and drive sales growth in a rapidly changing market.
  • Experience selling licenses or subscriptions to large, complex organizations, preferably in the construction industry.
