Job Title: Enterprise Sales Director

Procore Technologies is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Enterprise Sales team to drive sales and achieve strategic objectives and quotas.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing sales team through coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of software sales experience, with a proven track record of success in enterprise sales.
  • Experience in a sales leadership role, with a strong track record of developing and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of enterprise SaaS models, SaaS metrics, and online sales models.
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and drive sales growth through innovative strategies.
  • Experience selling licenses or subscriptions to large, complex organizations, with a strong understanding of the construction industry.
