Account Director, Enterprise Sales

Summit Broadband Inc. is a leading fiber-based broadband provider delivering high-speed internet, crystal-clear TV, and quality phone services to Central and Southwest Florida. We are seeking an experienced Account Director, Enterprise Sales to join our growing team of 250 professionals.

Job Summary:

The Account Director, Enterprise Sales is responsible for selling our comprehensive suite of services to new commercial customers within our service area. This includes phone, internet, cable TV, dark fiber, and transport services. The successful candidate will be able to articulate the value proposition of our unique position in the Western Florida marketplace and consistently achieve sales quotas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell the full suite of services to new and existing non-hotelier customers
  • Prospect, network, and cold call on a weekly basis to generate new leads and develop relationships
  • Create and maintain a 30, 60, and 90-day sales funnel with qualified opportunities
  • Identify and target high-margin solutions for on-net and near-net prospects
  • Qualify sales opportunities and align internal resources for proper sales support
  • Ensure new opportunities and sold solutions stay on schedule with Service Delivery
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in telecommunications or cable TV required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required
  • Ability to spend long days in the field prospecting and visiting new clients
  • Working knowledge of computers and experience with word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet software
  • Ability to pass criminal, MVR, and drug testing
  • Current auto insurance with 250,000/500,000 coverage required
