Account Executive - GTS Large Enterprise Public Sector

The Account Executive is a field-based, direct sales role responsible for driving growth and expansion within large enterprise and public sector clients. This role requires a consultative approach, working closely with C-level executives to develop and implement effective strategies that maximize the value delivered by Gartner's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and expansion within assigned client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and other key stakeholders
  • Consult with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
  • Manage and maintain accurate forecasting and sales performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in consultative sales, preferably in high technology (services, software, or consultative environment)
  • Strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen
  • Proven experience building excellent client relationships at C-level within large enterprise organizations
  • Strong computer proficiency and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process
