Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Quota Management: Meet or exceed sales targets for contract value within a designated territory of major client accounts.
  • Sales Methodology: Master and consistently execute Gartner's sales methodology to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Account Planning: Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Forecasting: Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Competitive Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of Gartner's products and services to drive sales growth and customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 8-15 years of experience in consultative sales, preferably in high technology (services, software, or consultative environment), with evidence of prior success in Sales.
  • Skills: Strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen.
  • Client Relationships: Proven experience building excellent client relationships at C-level within large enterprise organizations.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer proficiency and presentation skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree - desired.
