Job Title: Director of Enterprise Sales

Procore is seeking a highly skilled Director of Enterprise Sales to lead our General Contractor Sales team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales strategy, managing a team of sales professionals, and developing and executing plans to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the General Contractor Sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships
  • Manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of software sales experience, with a proven track record of success in enterprise sales
  • Experience in a sales leadership role, with a strong track record of developing and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Extensive knowledge of enterprise SaaS models, SaaS metrics, and online sales models
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and drive business growth through innovative sales strategies
  • Experience selling licenses or subscriptions to large, complex organizations, with a strong understanding of the construction industry
