Position Overview:
The Employee Benefits Account Executive plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing clients' employee benefit plans. This position requires collaboration with producers and service teams to ensure client satisfaction and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a designated portfolio of clients, working closely with producers to align employee benefits programs with client objectives.
  • Provide comprehensive data analysis, including enrollment, benchmarking, and financial reviews, to support informed decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for additional coverage and services to enhance client offerings.
  • Educate clients on regulatory requirements and assist with compliance matters.
  • Lead project management efforts to ensure effective execution of client-specific initiatives and service timelines.
  • Oversee the renewal process, including marketing strategies and negotiations on behalf of clients.
  • Maintain accurate records within the agency management system for reporting and analysis.
  • Foster relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute to workflow improvements and provide training as needed.
  • Travel may be required up to 50% for client meetings and engagements.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Possession of a life and health insurance license is required.
  • Proficiency in technology and familiarity with various software systems, including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
