Position Overview

As a Civil Engineering Technology Specialist within our Applied Technology division, you will collaborate with design teams to deliver training, consulting, standards implementation, and technical assistance aimed at optimizing workflows and enhancing operational efficiency. You will partner with our CAD, BIM, and GIS professionals to develop strategies that yield dependable and cutting-edge technical solutions. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding company information systems by assessing risks and vulnerabilities related to our Civil 3D software platform.

You bring to the table:

Excellent communication abilities. A collaborative spirit and the ability to work well in a team. Expertise as a Civil 3D Support Specialist. Assistance with design processes related to Civil 3D. Coordination of training requirements with teams as necessary. Effective communication with Civil 3D users. Advanced understanding of program settings and configurations. Troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and files. Management of installations and licenses. Strong organizational skills and a process-oriented mindset. Self-motivation and effective communication skills. An associate degree or some college experience, preferably in computer-aided drafting and design technology or a related field. A minimum of six years of experience in a relevant role within your area of expertise.
