Position Overview:

  • Perform design evaluations and calculations for a variety of roadway initiatives
  • Oversee project management and guide junior engineers
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop roadway design documents and contracts
  • Liaise with stakeholders and construction teams
  • Expertise in MicroStation or Openroads is essential
  • Uphold rigorous quality assurance standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering is preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in roadway design is required
  • Professional Engineer license in Nebraska or eligibility to obtain within 6 months
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be open to travel
