Position Summary:
As a Civil 3D Coordinator within our Applied Technology team, you will collaborate with design teams to deliver training, consulting, standards implementation, and technical support aimed at optimizing operations and enhancing productivity. You will partner with our CAD, BIM, and GIS specialists to develop strategies that yield reliable and cutting-edge technical solutions. Additionally, you will be tasked with safeguarding company information systems by assessing risks and vulnerabilities associated with our Civil 3D software platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate collaborative efforts with team members.
  • Exhibit ownership and accountability in your contributions.
  • Utilize your expertise to positively impact community projects.
  • Serve as an expert-level Civil 3D Support Coordinator.
  • Assist design teams with workflows related to Civil 3D.
  • Identify and coordinate training requirements for teams as necessary.
  • Manage communication with Civil 3D users effectively.
  • Possess advanced knowledge of program settings and configurations.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and file-related issues.
  • Oversee installation and license management processes.
  • Maintain a well-organized and process-oriented approach.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and self-motivation.
  • Hold an associate degree or equivalent education in computer-aided drafting and design technology or a related field.
  • Bring a minimum of six years of experience in a relevant role within your area of expertise.
