We are currently in search of a Senior Civil Engineering Leader to join our team. In this capacity, you will be tasked with offering expertise on infrastructure initiatives, performing research and evaluations, and supervising the design and execution of various civil engineering endeavors.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, organize, and assess data for project formulation and design.
  • Utilize civil engineering methodologies to pinpoint enhancements in infrastructure projects.
  • Create construction documentation, specifications, and budget estimates.
  • Facilitate collaboration among cross-disciplinary teams to implement project activities.
  • Draft technical documentation and deliver presentations.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in civil engineering practices.
  • Make informed decisions while adhering to organizational policies.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as necessary.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 7 to 10 years of post-educational experience in civil design.
  • Professional Engineer license is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proven capability to work autonomously and mentor junior team members.
  • Skilled in technical writing and design software specific to the discipline.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining workplace safety.
