Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in enterprise sales or business development, with a strong understanding of complex technical products and the ability to communicate their value to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads, sales calls, and quote preparation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners
  • Analyze data and convey complex ideas in written, verbal, and visual form
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to field customer questions with ease
  • Multitask and handle multiple complex issues at once

Requirements

  • 1+ years' experience in enterprise sales or business development and/or related internship experience
  • Experience with sales funnel management, preferably CRM software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PPT
  • Ability to analyze data and convey complex ideas in written, verbal, and visual form
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills and the ability to field customer questions with ease
  • Able to multitask and handle multiple complex issues at once

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

  • Digital advertising experience, preferably Google AdWords keyword analysis and implementation
  • SEO analysis and implementation
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Background in video production and editing
  • Use of key social channels, such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook
  • Use of website CMS systems, such as WordPress
  • Salesforce

Benefits

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
