ADP is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for closing sales and winning new business within a defined territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate relationships with Human Resources and executive decision-makers to present ADP solutions.
  • Assess buyer needs and develop tailored sales strategies to meet their requirements.
  • Manage multiple sales processes simultaneously, prioritizing deliverables and meeting deadlines.
  • Document sales processes and implement solutions to ensure successful client onboarding.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in a results-driven environment.
  • Established network and experience carrying a quota in outside sales.
  • Proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory and relationships.
