Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our growing team at Accountable Custodial & Maintenance. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, from generating new leads to closing deals and ensuring ongoing client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect for and qualify new leads through various channels.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the value of our services.
  • Negotiate and close contracts.
  • Manage and grow assigned client accounts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Identify, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate client records and CRM data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
