Job Title: Regional Account Executive - SalesJob Summary

Tarrytown Expocare LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Executive - Sales to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for marketing and selling pharmacy services to I/DD (Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities), Behavioral Health, and ICF (Intermediate Care Facilities) agencies and communities in your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market and sell pharmacy services to regional I/DD, Behavioral Health, and ICF communities within your designated territory.
  • Meet and exceed regional sales goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with I/DD, Behavioral Health, and ICF prospects and contacts in your territory.
  • Coordinate with our Chief Sales Officer and team leadership to evaluate and qualify new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct presentations to prospects in your territory, utilizing your expertise in I/DD, Behavioral Health, and ICF pharmacy services.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through prospecting, referrals, market data, and CRM.
  • Develop a strategic territory plan, prioritizing and targeting potential prospects, and coordinating with tradeshows, State Associations, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in local, state, and national trade shows and other marketing initiatives as required.
  • Complete sales updates, tracking, and reporting in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Document sales activity in our Company CRM software.
  • Coordinate with our pharmacy departments as required, including Operations, Finance, and Leadership team.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of prior sales experience in healthcare-related experience preferred.
  • Candidates with prior I/DD, Behavioral Health, and ICF pharmacy experience or experience selling other products, services, and/or software to I/DD, Behavioral Health, and ICF communities are highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and WORD required.
  • Results orientation, adaptability, sales process methods, product/service knowledge, excellent oral/written communication, strong planning/organizing skills, ability to travel as needed, including some overnight travel, and must have own reliable transportation.
  • College Degree or comparable work experience.
  • Driver's License.
  • Executive Director, Nurse, Pharmacist, or other professional licensure a plus but not required.
  • Proficient in English (read, write, and verbal communication).
  • Must be a US citizen or permanent resident, sponsorship not available.
