Client Relations Coordinator

The Client Relations Coordinator plays a vital role in nurturing and sustaining customer connections, ensuring exceptional service delivery through both incoming and outgoing communications. Reporting to the Client Services Supervisor, this position entails managing customer inquiries, escalating unresolved matters, and offering B2B and Accounts Receivable assistance as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to incoming customer inquiries and managing orders
  • Conducting outbound calls and campaigns
  • Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate departments
  • Encouraging customer utilization of self-service resources
  • Facilitating collaboration between Sales and Operations teams
  • Providing necessary B2B and Accounts Receivable support
  • Completing tasks assigned by the Client Services Supervisor
