Our client, a Seattle-based organization, provides a range of drug-free botanical and fish oil products aimed at fostering a healthier lifestyle. With over 15 years of clinical expertise, their unique formulations are designed to aid the body’s natural response to inflammation and alleviate discomfort associated with aging and daily activities. Although rooted in Washington, their team operates nationwide, and their customer support center is rapidly expanding.
Elevate your customer service career by becoming a part of this Tier II Customer Support team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s ticketing system and processes within the Service Center.
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chats with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Provide assistance with inquiries regarding products, promotions, returns, refunds, cancellations, account modifications, and shipping/tracking information.
- Process orders and oversee account activities.
- Ensure a distraction-free home office environment conducive to productivity.
- Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a high-volume call center environment.
- Sales experience or a willingness to develop sales skills.
- Comfortable with upselling products to clients.
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting quality standards in customer service.
- Technologically proficient with exceptional multitasking capabilities.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member.
- Willingness to adhere to a set schedule, which may include holidays.
- Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma.
- 1-2 years of call center experience preferred.
- 3 years of customer service experience preferred.

A laptop and headset will be provided. A reliable wired internet connection is necessary.
