Matlick Enterprises Inc is on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled individual to fill the position of Customer Service/Scheduler Associate. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond promptly to phone calls and emails to ascertain the required products or services, aiming to surpass customer expectations.
  • Welcome and assist clients at the front desk with a courteous and professional attitude.
  • Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions.
  • Collaborate with the service department to coordinate and schedule safety inspections.
  • Maintain an organized calendar and ensure effective communication with service technicians and clients.
  • Prepare quotes and invoices for customers.
  • Inform and promote all available products and services offered by Matlick Enterprises Inc.
  • Keep the showroom clean, organized, and presentable.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

WORK SCHEDULE:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

EMPLOYMENT TYPE:

  • Full-time, non-exempt

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in scheduling is a plus.
  • Able to regularly lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and sit; ability to balance and climb a ladder up to 10 feet.
