Your primary responsibilities will include managing front desk operations, which encompass answering phone calls, greeting clients and visitors, handling appointment check-ins, making reminder calls, rescheduling appointments, verifying insurance details, coordinating interpreter services, arranging transportation, collecting co-payments, and sorting mail, among other related tasks.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience in an office environment, including proficiency in multi-line phone systems, data entry, appointment management, and strong computer skills (Word, Outlook, Electronic Health Records)
Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight
Eligibility for fingerprint clearance approval without restrictions (and maintain throughout employment)
Possession of a valid Arizona driver's license (without restrictions), current auto insurance, and current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Preferred Qualifications:
Bi-lingual proficiency in English and Spanish
