ROLE SUMMARY:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement a customer-focused, needs-based assessment process to inform clients about their insurance choices.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to meet customer needs while fostering business growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Prior experience in customer service is essential
  • Experience in managing customer service is preferred
  • Sales experience is advantageous
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • Able to thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • Familiarity with Windows computer applications
  • Capable of coordinating and working with others to achieve agency objectives
  • Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced setting
  • Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty License
  • Must be able to obtain Life and Health License
