ROLE SUMMARY:

Matlick Enterprises Inc is in search of a committed and skilled individual to fill the position of Customer Service/Scheduler Associate. This role serves as the initial point of interaction for both prospective and current clients, playing a crucial role in our dedication to providing outstanding service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond promptly to phone inquiries and email communications to identify the necessary products or services that will surpass client expectations.
  • Welcome and assist clients at the front desk with a courteous and professional attitude.
  • Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions.
  • Coordinate and arrange fire safety evaluations in partnership with the service team.
  • Maintain a well-organized schedule and ensure effective communication with service personnel and clients.
  • Prepare estimates and invoices for clients.
  • Inform and promote all available products and services offered by Matlick Enterprises Inc.
  • Keep the showroom clean, organized, and presentable.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

WORK SCHEDULE:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

EMPLOYMENT TYPE:

  • Full-time, non-exempt

  • Experience in scheduling is advantageous.
  • Able to regularly lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Must be capable of standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and sitting. This position requires the ability to balance and climb a ladder up to 10 feet.
