About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our Structural Heart Division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market share in the structural heart disease market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Sell our products by scheduling sales calls to meet with current and potential customers to fulfill revenue and unit growth objectives assigned by the company on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies by determining the relevant factors (e.g., product, competition, and pricing needs) of existing and potential accounts to effectively promote our products to appropriate hospital personnel and physicians.
  • Account Management: Identify key accounts, healthcare professionals, and business issues that have the greatest effect on the use of our products by meeting with existing and potential customers to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care.
  • Product Knowledge and Training: Maintain clinical and technical expertise by attending company product training sessions and staying up-to-date on the latest product developments and technologies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to sales management by analyzing and compiling data, projections, and other relevant information.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years of related cardiovascular work experience, with 3+ years of which include structural heart or heart failure implantable device sales experience.
  • Skills: Strong sales and clinical orientation, experience with products for use in interventional cardiology and cardiac surgery, familiarity with echo cardiology and other indirect imaging.

  • Education: Degree in Life Sciences or Marketing.
