Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

Join KLA's team of experts in the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem as a Technical Support Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues with KLA equipment, collaborating with specialists and other teams to craft optimized plans of action, and documenting solving processes and technical findings.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to ongoing technical issues of KLA equipment where field product support teams were unable to solve.
  • Exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for achieving results.
  • Collaborate with specialists and other teams to craft an optimized plan of action to resolve technical issues and recover equipment functionality.
  • Document solving processes and technical findings to generate service reports and presentations.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Optical components, lasers, and electronics.
  • Master's Level Degree and 0 years of experience, or Bachelor's Level Degree and 2 years of experience, or equivalent work experience.
