Position Overview

Urgo Medical North America LLC is in search of a proactive and strategic professional to take on the role of Brand Growth Manager for our Compression product line, UrgoK2. This position is crucial for formulating and implementing strategies that will shape the Compression market landscape. The ideal candidate will merge marketing acumen, analytical skills, customer insights, and product expertise to enhance sales performance and market presence while supporting the Sales Account Managers.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Design and implement comprehensive growth strategies aimed at increasing UMNA's market presence in the Compression sector, utilizing a blend of marketing, data analysis, customer insights, and product knowledge.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities and guide strategic decisions.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing initiatives, promotional activities, and product launches to boost brand visibility and sales.
  • Assist the sales team by providing essential marketing resources, training, and strategic advice to help them meet their objectives.
  • Work closely with sales and cross-functional teams to ensure that growth strategies align with sales goals and priorities.
  • Employ data analytics and performance metrics to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Lead the Brand Team in collaboration with sales leadership on an annual basis.
  • Contribute to the development of medical education materials for webinars, symposia, and other relevant platforms in partnership with Medical Affairs.
  • Support Medical Affairs and global teams with research projects and clinical data.
  • Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to further the brand's vision.
  • Promote UMNA's culture of a Winning Mindset, Learning Organization, and Engaging Teams to achieve excellence.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by participating in educational workshops, reviewing industry publications, and engaging in professional networks.
  • Collaborate with global counterparts on various initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of demonstrated experience in brand management, marketing strategy, sales, or related roles within the healthcare sector, ideally in wound care or medical devices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Work Environment
  • Office-based work environment with controlled temperature.
  • No adverse environmental conditions anticipated.
  • Domestic travel required (approximately 50%), with potential for international travel.
Physical Demands
  • Primarily sedentary work, with occasional exertion of up to 10 pounds of force and frequent or constant movement of hands and fingers. Close visual acuity is necessary for tasks such as data analysis, transcribing, and extensive reading.
