  10. Stay informed on industry best practices and utilize the dealer network along with corporate resources in marketing strategy development and execution.
  11. Oversee and enhance lead generation initiatives, tracking performance metrics.
  12. Collaborate with internal departments to design landing pages and improve user experience on the company website.
  13. Conduct regular team meetings to address issues, share updates, and discuss concerns.

Additional Responsibilities:

  1. Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field with 5-10 years of experience in Marketing.
  • In-depth understanding of marketing communications, with exceptional creative and technical writing abilities.
  • Proven experience in video content production, from conceptualization to agency management.
  • A strong sense of aesthetics and creativity, capable of producing high-quality content.
  • Comfortable with numerical data, adept at interpreting metrics and managing spreadsheets.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and analytics.
  • Proactive, able to work under pressure, and exercise sound judgment.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Adobe Suite and third-party marketing tools is preferred.
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns is highly desirable.
