About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the company in business transactions with internal and external organizations
  • Create and manage strategies, negotiations, RFPs, and contracts
  • Develop and promote strategic partnerships with suppliers
  • Work closely with internal clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

  • Demonstrable skills in category management, commercial negotiations, securing hard savings, and cost avoidance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 7 years of related work experience
  • Knowledge of Source to Pay systems
  • Strong project management skills
  • Process Mapping abilities
  • Supplier Risk Analysis
  • Supplier Relationship Management
Skills and Certifications
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-directed and resourceful with the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Business understanding, particularly in project management and total cost management
  • Understanding and use of technical tools for analysis and problem solving
