  10. Stay informed on industry best practices and leverage available resources for effective marketing strategies.
  11. Manage and optimize lead generation campaigns, tracking and analyzing results.
  12. Collaborate with internal departments to create user-friendly landing pages and enhance the overall website experience.
  13. Conduct regular team meetings to address challenges, share updates, and foster collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field with 5-10 years of experience in marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing communications, with exceptional creative and technical writing abilities.
  • Experience in video content production, from concept development to managing production agencies.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and creative skills to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Proficient in data analysis, comfortable working with metrics and utilizing spreadsheets.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and analytics.
  • Ability to take initiative, work under pressure, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Adobe Suite and third-party marketing tools is preferred.
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is essential.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns is highly advantageous.
